Industrial music has often been more rebellious, but that has been evolving. There is this upbeat recovery music I came across by Matt Soren that has a different angle on industrial music. His new CD is a mix of industrial rock and the process of knocking out addiction.

There are some songs on his website at www.inspiringrock.com. It looks like the mixes are provisional in lou of official tracks. They sound high quality to me but I am no audiophile. It is cool to find more industrial rock like this written directly for addiction recovery in a more entertaining way from an addict that has been there and is making an impact for others in addiction. Also It’s nice to have this type of synth-rock coming from the industrial outlet which is almost always darker in nature. Nice!
